Can I remove or add items from my order?

Thank you for your order!  We can make changes if your order is still being processed and has not yet shipped. However, once the package has been sent, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will gladly send you a replacement, provided the original item is returned to us.

Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, We do not provide refunds for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

When will my order be shipped?

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days.

What materials do you use for your planners?

We offer high-quality, functional products with an aesthetic appeal. Crafted from durable vegan leather and 120 GSM thick paper, our planners minimize ghosting and bleed-through, even when using markers to plan your days ahead.

When will I receive my tracking number?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. If you have any questions or haven't received the email, please contact customer support at hello@lockedandnoted.com.

Shipping Information

Your package may be subject to delays if it is randomly selected for inspection by your country's customs department.  Locked & Noted does not cover any duties or additional taxes that may be charged during the delivery of your package.

We apologize for any shipping delays you may experience. Rest assured, your order is still on its way. Delays can occur, especially during holiday seasons. To get the most up-to-date delivery estimate, be sure to regularly check your order tracking number.
